Delete your RigReceipts account.
Deleting your account is permanent. It removes the account and the customer records associated with it, subject to any minimal retention required by law or security obligations.
Fastest: delete in the app
- Open RigReceipts and go to the Reports tab.
- Open Account & data.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email jburwell@rigreceipts.com with the subject Account deletion request and the email address used for your RigReceipts account. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before completing it.
What is included
The deletion process is intended to remove the account and its associated private RigReceipts records, such as saved loads, receipts, expenses, mileage, rate checks, cost-profile data, customer-posted rate cards, and stored receipt/document images.
Timing
Self-service in-app deletion is designed to take effect immediately. Verified email requests are handled as account-deletion requests and should be completed within 30 days.
