Service terms.
RigReceipts provides tools for freight economics, receipts, expenses, mileage, load records, and related operating analysis. Outputs depend on the records and assumptions supplied by the user and should be verified before consequential business decisions.
Not a load board or broker
RigReceipts is not, through RR-W1, a freight broker, load board, dispatch service, or freight marketplace. The web utility does not source freight, bid, book loads, contact brokers, dispatch equipment, or form freight commitments.
Economic estimates
Loaded RPM, all-mile RPM, break-even, targets, contribution figures, community ranges, and ACCEPT / COUNTER / PASS outputs are decision-support calculations, not guarantees of profit, payment, route feasibility, safety, legal compliance, tax treatment, or business outcome.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for verifying route, equipment, hours-of-service, safety, insurance, contractual, regulatory, counterparty, and operating requirements before accepting or executing freight.
Your records
You retain responsibility for the records and documents you provide. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use. Private customer records are used to provide the service and are subject to the Privacy Policy.
Community rate information
Community rate information is historical decision-support data, not an offer of available freight or an official guaranteed market rate. Do not use community features to publish confidential documents, active-load contact details, or misleading rates.
Roadside provider information
RigDesk Roadside may use third-party service networks to locate heavy-duty repair, tire, towing, and related providers. Provider availability, capability, ETA, pricing, ratings, and other third-party information can change and must be verified before relying on it. A search result is not a dispatch, booking, repair authorization, payment authorization, safety release, or guarantee that a provider will accept the work. If you explicitly prepare a RoadsideHandoff, selected search context may be retained for up to 30 minutes for continuation into RigDesk. A handoff is context only and does not itself create a service request or grant operational authority.
Subscriptions and third parties
Where paid mobile features are offered through Apple or Google, store billing and refunds are also subject to the applicable store rules. Third-party data, service-network, or infrastructure services may have their own terms and availability limits.
No authority transfer
Using RigReceipts, installing an AI integration, or receiving a recommendation does not transfer freight-booking, dispatch, negotiation, payment, or organizational authority to RigReceipts or an AI host.
